The Provincial Executive oversees the province of Utrecht's daily administration. The King's Commissioner serves as the Executive's chairman.
Appointed by the Provincial Council
The members of the Provincial Executive are appointed by the Provincial Council once every four years, following the Provincial Council elections.
Portfolios
The members of the Provincial Executive make proposals and carry out decisions. Each member holds their own portfolios, which are composed of disciplines and areas of attention for which they are accountable.
