For sites used more than 12 days per calendar year (structural) and for which no airport order is needed, an airport arrangement is required. For gliders and micro-light aircraft an arrangement will suffice.
Certificate of no objection
For aircraft such as hot air balloons, hang-gliders and paragliders taking off from a fixed location more than 12 days per calendar year no airport arrangement is required, but a certificate of no objection must be issued by the mayor of the municipality in question.
To apply for an airport arrangement you must contact the province of Utrecht and fill in the form. With some exceptions, this procedure takes about 6 months.
