King's Commissioner
Hans Oosters is the King’s Commissioner for the province of Utrecht since 1 february 2019. He has been appointed by the Crown.
The King's Commissioner serves as chairman of the Provincial Council and as Chairman and member of the Provincial Executive. He also represents both the State and the province.
As a member of the Provincial Executive he performs a number of tasks concerning the representation and promotion of the province.
